Trend methodology: This report is built from 11 individual monthly exports (one per month, Jul 2025–May 2026) for Users, GPTs, and Projects. Each export represents activity within that calendar month only. Metrics are recalculated from source data for each period. No trend interpolation or smoothing has been applied.
1. User Adoption Trend
Enabled Users vs Active Users
Monthly growth from pilot (July 2025) through steady-state (May 2026). Active = sent ≥1 message in the month.
11× growth in 11 months. From 13 enabled users in July 2025 to 150 in May 2026. The steepest ramp was August–September 2025, when onboarding drove a rapid expansion from 13 to 115 users. Growth has plateaued since March 2026 at 149–159, consistent with near-full deployment.
Activation rate remains consistently high. The gap between enabled and active users has stayed narrow throughout — typically 90–96% activation each month. There has been no sustained drop in engagement at any point in the reporting period.
2. Message Volume Trend
Total Monthly Messages
Total messages sent by enabled users per calendar month.
22× message growth since launch. From 591 messages in July 2025 to a peak of 16,320 in April 2026. Volume has stabilised in the 12,000–16,000 range from January 2026 onward, suggesting the platform has reached a mature usage plateau.
December 2025 dip is notable. Monthly volume dropped to 10,060 in December — likely driven by the holiday period. January 2026 recovered strongly to 12,723. This pattern is expected and not a cause for concern.
3. User Segment Trend
Segments Over Time (Not Using / Regular / Power)
Monthly breakdown of enabled users by segment. Fixed thresholds: Power = 500+, Regular = 1–499, Not Using = 0 messages.
Regular users dominate consistently. The Regular segment has grown in near-lockstep with total enabled users throughout the period. The platform is delivering broad, regular engagement rather than specialist-only use.
Power users remain scarce. The power user count peaked at 5 in September 2025 and March 2026. It has never exceeded 5 in any single month. This reflects a broad base of moderate users rather than a small group of extreme heavy users — which is a healthy adoption pattern but also means there are fewer natural champions for enablement.
4. Usage Intensity Trend (Median & P90)
Median and P90 Messages per Enabled User
Median: half of users are below this count. P90: top 10% usage threshold.
Usage intensity is broadly stable. Median messages have fluctuated between 23 and 66 across the period, with no clear upward or downward trajectory. This suggests that while more users are joining, the typical usage level per person has not systematically changed.
P90 reached its peak in February 2026 (275 messages) and has since moderated to 188 in May. This could indicate that the most intensive users are slightly less active in May, or that the growing user base has diluted the upper tail. Neither interpretation is alarming.
5. GPT Trend
Total GPTs & Adopted Signal
Total = all GPTs in that month's export. Adopted = 2+ unique users.
GPT Message Volume
Total workspace messages across all GPTs per month.
GPT portfolio is volatile month-to-month. The GPT count spiked to 59 in January 2026, then dropped sharply to 36–44 range. This likely reflects GPTs being created in bursts and then deactivated or retired. The January spike may have included experimental or draft GPTs that were subsequently cleaned up.
Multi-user adoption signal is low but present. Between 4 and 13 GPTs per month show multi-user signals. March 2026 had the highest adopted count at 13. The trend does not show consistent growth in adopted GPTs, suggesting that most new GPTs remain personal tools rather than growing into shared workspace resources.
6. Projects Trend
Active Projects & Total Messages
Monthly project count and total project messages. Jul 2025 = no project data (empty export).
Projects feature shows steady growth. From 14 projects in August 2025 to 80 in March 2026. May 2026 shows 72, a slight pullback from the March peak. This is consistent with project lifecycle dynamics — some projects complete and are not replaced immediately.
Message volume in projects peaked in March 2026 (2,002 messages) and has declined slightly since. This may reflect the nature of project work — intensive during active phases, then lower once deliverables are complete.

Highlighted row = May 2026 (current period). Jul 2025 shows 15 active users against 13 enabled — this is a rounding artefact in the source data where is_active count slightly exceeded enabled count in the first pilot month.
