Observations
All 72 projects are live and active. Every project in May 2026 has recorded at least one message, indicating these are working tools rather than abandoned drafts. This is a sign of disciplined project creation — users create projects with intent and use them.
Projects are primarily personal workspaces. Only 3 of 72 projects (4%) show multi-user activity, suggesting that the Projects feature is being used mainly for individual context-setting and organised prompt history rather than collaboration. This is not a problem — it is the dominant use pattern for ChatGPT Projects broadly — but it represents a missed opportunity for team knowledge sharing.
One project dominates volume. "Særvices" by mara@omada.net accounts for 280 of 1,229 total project messages (22.8%), indicating a single power user is driving a significant share of project-level activity. This is not a governance concern, but the concentration is worth noting.

Governance Recommendations
Projects feature is being used well. All active projects have usage. No cleanup of dormant projects is needed this month. Continue monitoring monthly to catch projects that go stale over time.
Encourage team projects for collaborative work. The ICP & Targeting Lab and IGA Benchmark projects show that multi-user collaboration is possible. Identify 2–3 teams where a shared project context (e.g. RFP response, competitive analysis, customer onboarding) would add value and run a pilot.
Establish a project naming and tagging convention. Project names like "Særvices," "P&B," and "Cadmus" are opaque to anyone other than the creator. A lightweight naming standard (e.g. [Team/Purpose/Date]) would help if shared projects become more common and governance reviews are introduced.
