How costs are calculated
Each user's annual cost is the sum of the per-seat annual rates for every AI tool assigned to them.
Cost / User / Mo divides that annual figure by 12. Clari Copilot has been discontinued and is excluded from this report. Department / Division views sum the annual costs of all assigned users in that group.
