Key Observations & Recommendations

ChatGPT Enterprise remains the anchor tool

150 users — 64% of all licensed staff — hold a ChatGPT Enterprise license. It is the only tool with meaningful presence across all divisions, making it the backbone of Omada's AI deployment.

GitHub Copilot is developer-exclusive

88 GitHub Enterprise licenses sit almost entirely within CTPO (R&D, Cloud Operations). This concentration is appropriate but means its value is invisible to the rest of the organisation.

MS Copilot M365 has broad but uneven reach

87 users across Customer Experience, CTPO, People and Finance hold M365 Copilot licenses. Ensure these users have received enablement — a license without training yields limited ROI.

Claude AI has grown significantly

58 licenses — up from 36 — now span Marketing, Finance, Learning & Development, Consulting, Sales, and IT roles. Formalise use cases and track adoption against the expanded rollout.

103 users hold 2+ licenses — review for overlap

44% of licensed users carry more than one AI tool license. Review whether overlapping tools serve distinct purposes or represent redundant spend. A quarterly license review is recommended.

Clari Copilot discontinued

Clari Copilot has been removed from this report following discontinuation. Any residual licenses should be confirmed as deprovisioned in Omada Identity.
