- Multi-tool users: Users whose UPN is associated with more than one distinct tool group. 103 users (44%) qualify.
- License stacking: Count of distinct tools per user — shown as the "# Tools" column on the Users page and as stacking cards on the Exec Summary.
- Department totals: Count of unique UPNs in that department across all tools.
- Division totals: Count of unique UPNs in that division across all tools.
5. Records Excluded
- T1/T0 accounts (e.g. kti_t1@omada.net, anba_t1@omada.net, kti_t0@omada.net, hsh_t1@omada.net) — administrative secondary accounts, excluded from all counts.
- External/guest accounts (UPNs containing #EXT#) — contractor or partner accounts provisioned via B2B invite, excluded from all counts.
- Google Workspace T1 accounts — kti_t1 and anba_t1 appeared in the Google Workspace group; excluded as test accounts.
6. Known Limitations
- License ≠ usage. This report records who holds a license in Omada Identity. It does not indicate whether the user has activated or used the tool.
- No activity data. No fields for last login, session count, or message volume.
- GitHub Enterprise label.
OC_ACC GitHub Enterpriseis mapped to "GitHub Enterprise (Copilot)" assuming Copilot is included. If access-only, the label should be revised. - Google Workspace AI label.
OC_APP Google Workspacemay refer to base provisioning rather than AI-specific features. Confirm whether Gemini / AI features are included. - Single point-in-time snapshot. No trend comparison is possible without a prior-period export.
7. Recommended Next Steps
- Cross-reference this export with usage analytics from each tool's admin console to identify licensed-but-inactive users.
- Schedule a monthly export to enable trend reporting on license growth and churn over time.
- Confirm whether
OC_ACC GitHub Enterpriseincludes GitHub Copilot or is access-provisioning only. - Confirm whether
OC_APP Google Workspaceincludes Gemini / AI features. - Verify Clari Copilot licenses are fully deprovisioned in Omada Identity.
